At ManyCam, we value your data security, our software is used by millions of people from businesses and educational institutions and for personal use. This is why we take many steps to help secure your data, while being committed to never storing your audio, video or images on our servers.

May it be data storage, video recording, live streaming or even video chatting, ManyCam has your back, here are some of the things we do to help keep you secure.

Offline

All video compositing, editing and encoding is done 100% on your machine.

We do not store anything remotely and will never have access to your video feeds or webcams.

In addition to being fully offline, ManyCam Windows is signed with an EV certificate, and our Mac Application is signed and passes the Apple notarization process with each release.

Securely Stored Data

ManyCam is GDPR compliant and the only data stored by us is account-critical data and anonymized usage data to help improve ManyCam or assist you in the event you require support.

All account and purchase information is protected with AES-256 encryption.

FAQ

Why do I need an account to use ManyCam? ManyCam uses your account to help identify you when you upgrade to one of our premium plans. This is for your protection and ease-of-use when you want to use your license on another PC. We also use your account information to help provide support.
How is my account related information stored? We store your data, login and passwords in separate encrypted databases using multiple layers of hardware and software encryption.
Can I delete my account? ManyCam is fully GDPR compliant and if you want to delete your account, you can send an email to support@manycam.com or go to your account page at https://manycam.com/my/subscriptions/ and click "Request account deletion" and one of our team members will process your request.
Can I request information on what information ManyCam collects? To request this information you can email support@manycam.com or go to your account page at https://manycam.com/my/subscriptions/ and click “Request account data” and one of our team members will send you all relevant data.
Will ManyCam ever request personal information from me? Our support team will never ask you for your username, password or any other identifying information, in the event that we need to verify any details due to sales or licensing concerns, we will work with our Payment Provider (2Checkout) and internal teams to conduct a review.
