A sales tax may be applied to your order based upon the applicable state and local jurisdictional laws of the state in which the order was placed.
If you are eligible for a tax exemption, complete your order and afterwards contact our eCommerce manager, 2Checkout Finance Department (which can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org) and provide with the Tax ID exempt number. The tax will be credited back to you. The process cannot be achieved automatically in the shopping cart.
Refunds are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the order from ManyCam website. To place a refund request for an order, you may do so

Our products are sold through various channels under various discounts, promotions, and purchase incentives. We are not responsible for refunding any difference between an original purchase price and the price of a third-party vendor or a subsequent special promotion price offered through ManyCam.
Trial Offers, Coupons, Credits and Special Offers
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify trial offers, coupons, credits and special promotional offers at our sole discretion.
Automatic Subscription Renewal
If you choose to automatically renew your subscription (and/or choose not to opt out of such service), the credit card or other payment method used at the time of purchase will be charged the then-applicable renewal fee at the end of your initial maintenance period. Thereafter, the renewal fee will be charged at the start of each subscription period, unless you cancel the automatic subscription renewal prior to the start of the relevant period. You may update your renewal preferences by logging into your 2Checkout myAccount. ManyCam reserves the right to change the subscription renewal prices at any time, upon reasonable advance notice communicated to you through a posting on this Web site or through electronic mail.

If you have a discrepancy with an order placed directly with ManyCam, including issues regarding mistakes with the items purchased and/or the amount charged, direct your questions and comments to ManyCam helpdesk
