What happens after I place the order?
Once your online order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The product or license information is delivered separately to the e-mail address you entered with the order, along with special instructions on how to use it. What do I do if I don’t receive the instruction email after payment?
You should receive an email with all subscription details and activation instructions within 10-15 minutes after your payment has been finalized. If you used two different emails to purchase and to open a ManyCam account, verify both emails and also the spam folder. If you still don’t see the email, contact us from here: Sales Inquiry.
What do I do if I ordered the wrong product or if I ordered twice the same product?
No worries. You can cancel one of the orders. Request a refund by directly contacting ManyCam support via this form.
